We pride ourselves on our traditionally inspired Arabic and Mediterranean cuisine prepared daily with freshest ingredients. Our produce is harvested daily from our local farms, all our meat is cut in house and marinated in our house spices for 72 hours, dressing are made fresh daily from scratch. First cold pressed olive is used for all our cooking and our menu has the best Middle Eastern kabobs, appetizer and salad varieties. Nobody in town can do lamb well better than Emad. When you there in the area come and check our menu.

Emad Alwer, a seasoned hospitality professional with over 30 years of experience, leads the vision behind Kan Zaman Restaurant. His career boasts leadership roles at prestigious establishments like Sheraton Hotel Garden Grove and Hilton Hotel Fremont, where he fostered success and garnered accolades. Emad's passion for hospitality extends beyond hotels. He cultivated this passion in Arizona with the establishment of "Mediterranean Garden," a testament to his culinary expertise. Returning to California, Emad's dedication continues to be recognized, having been awarded "Manager of the Year" by HMG Hospitality. Now, fueled by his love for food, Emad embarks on a new chapter with Kan Zaman Restaurant. This unique establishment promises a touch of class, offering an unparalleled ambiance alongside a menu brimming with the finest, homemade Mediterranean cuisine prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
